Questions

Before you start

What is the difference between the free snapshot and the full assessment?
The snapshot is ten questions and gives you an overall score, five category scores and the one area to start with. The full Boundary Health Assessment inside the app covers every category in depth, produces your Boundary Profile and BOUND stage scores, and can be retaken later to measure change.
How long does the programme take?
Each lesson is short by design — you can complete a stage in a week of light reading and one real conversation. Most people work through the five stages over five to eight weeks, then continue using the tools and weekly check-ins.
Is this therapy?
No. This is education and coaching. It offers guidance, not legal, medical or psychological advice. If a situation involves harm, harassment or ongoing distress, the programme will point you towards professional or formal support rather than a script.
Do I need the book as well as the app?
No — each stands alone. The book is for reading and writing on paper; the app adds scoring, saved scripts, tracking and reassessment. Many people use the paperback for reading and the app for practice.
What happens to my answers?
Your assessment answers, reflections, scripts and wins are private to your account and are never shown to other users. If you give us your email after the snapshot, we use it to send your results and follow-up practice, and you can unsubscribe at any time.
Can I use this for my team?
The individual programme works well as a shared read for a team, and organisational workshops are delivered separately by Sheba Wilson Training. Start with your own snapshot, then get in touch about group delivery.

Still deciding?

Take the snapshot. It is ten questions, it costs nothing, and it will tell you whether this is the right work for you right now.
